Static Trapeze consists of a horizontal bar suspended by ropes on either side.
In a 6-week beginner Static Trapeze classes, students will begin working with trapezes hung low to the ground. Students will learn to hang from the bar from their hands and knees, making shapes and executing intro-level skills by manipulating their bodies around the bar and ropes.
Beyond focusing on the basic skills and positions of Trapeze 1, this class is designed to gradually build upper arm strength, balance, and body awareness.
Can’t do a pullup? Not a problem! This class is great for beginners who have never taken an aerial class before. No experience is necessary.
