After taking some time off for my shoulder to heal, I am back in the game! I’m teaching, practicing, and performing as much as I was pre-injury, but I’m paying very close attention to my shoulders and back, icing regularly, and seeing a PT. From time to time I even get myself a massage. I used to consider it a treat, but now I’m going to prioritize bodywork as necessary. I don’t want to have to take another break!
