Workout Wednesday July 11

Today I brought Boy to the airport. I was a little frazzled today, as I always am when one of us is going out of town, so I didn’t do as much as I’d hoped to do at the studio.

  • Shoulder Stretches
  • Light leg stretching
  • 1 Hand Climb (no legs) up the silks 20ft.
  • Straddle Switches on the rope (straddle, swing legs down and back up to straddle on the other side)
  • Hip Hops (à la Kevin O’Connor)
  • Straddle Switch to Hip Hop a couple times, trying to string them together with fluidity
  • Bug Climb
